The "5,000 Yen Course" recommended by Date no Kura Higashiguchi branch is a satisfying 8-course meal featuring seared fatty brand mackerel caught off the coast of Kinkasan, one of the world's three major fishing grounds, bluefin tuna, raw-eating silver salmon "Miyagi Salmon", a three-kind assortment of fresh seafood including seared sea bream, conger eel rice flavored with sansho pepper, and a Hyuganatsu citrus dessert!
